The official language of the Congress is English. All abstract submissions and presentations are to be in English.

Paris has two main airports, Charles de Gaulle Airport (also known as Roissy Airport) and Orly Airport.
For quick and economical transport from both airports into the city center we recommend to take the city train.

Local Climate
Visitors to Paris during the month of July will enjoy long, sunny days with temperatures averaging from 25ºC to 15ºC (77ºF to 59ºF).  It is recommended to bring summer clothes for the daytime, and light jackets or sweaters for the evenings.

Banking and Exchange
The Euro is the official currency of France. ATMs are available in many parts of Paris – ensure you inform your bank before travelling abroad, and be aware you may be charged for cash withdrawals. It is advisable to exchange some cash before arriving in Paris. In general banks are open from Monday to Friday from 08:30-17:30 and many banks are closed at lunchtime. Some banks are open Saturday morning and closed on Mondays.

Visas
All visitors are required to have a valid passport, and for some countries, a visa is required.  For more information please contact your nearest French Consulate or local travel agency well in advance. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.

The organiser is not able to take any responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage involving persons and property during the conference. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

Registration & Accommodation
All participants must submit a completed registration form. Hotel accommodation at special Congress rates is avilable on the Congress website.
